Learn self-defense that really works. Our program is designed around real life situations, with a no-nonsense approach, to keep you safe. No matter who your opponent is, regardless of size or height, IronClad Martial Arts Center will teach you to be safe. Come in and learn to protect yourself the right way. In the IronClad program we offer multi-style training in learning self-defense, and getting physically fit. We incorporate Muay Thai, Krav Maga, Jiu-Jitsu, and Ground Defense in all of our adult classes.

Adult Self-Defense:

Muay Thai: This art involves boxing techniques, hard kicking, knees’, and elbow strikes. Low kicks to the thighs are very distinguishing techniques used frequently in Muay Thai.

Krav Maga: The world’s #1 self-defense system developed by the Israeli Special Forces. Krav Maga has been battlefield tested and works off of your natural reactions

Jiu Jitsu: A Martial Art, self-defense system that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. Utilizing the concept that a smaller weaker person can defend themselves against a bigger, stronger assailant by using leverage, joint locks, and choke holds to defeat the opponent.

Throughout the classes you will learn:

  • How to effectively defend yourself
  • Defense against chokes, bear hugs, head locks, etc
  • Defense against multiple attackers
  • Knife defense
  • Gun defense
  • Physical Fitness
