Power-Up Kickboxing is an explosive total body fitness class where you can burn 1000 calories in an hour. Tone, tighten, and strengthen your arms, legs, and core with every jab, kick, and punch.
This is not your ordinary cardio kickboxing class. We don’t kick and punch the air. This is a 1 hour explosive workout that combines Martial Arts techniques with fast paced cardio, strength and conditioning, abdominal work, and stretching. Our program has been specially designed by a Professional MMA Champion fighter.

Our trainers will teach you the proper form and techniques so you will get the best and safest workout possible.
All of our classes are 1 hour long and it starts with a 10 minute cardio and strength and conditioning warm up, followed by 8 three minute rounds on the bags, core work, and stretching to end the class.
